Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning pipelines focused on next-gen AI capabilities for 2026.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models, optimizing for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are embedded in every layer of the system.
- Publish research papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Experience deploying AI models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and high-availability systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
