Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance systems for 2026, focusing on AI integration, quantum algorithms, and cloud scalability.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and emerging industry standards.
- Prototype & Innovate: Build proof-of-concept prototypes for bleeding-edge technologies, including generative AI and quantum error correction.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior architects, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to rigorous security protocols and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, or Go; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think several steps ahead and anticipate technical debt and scalability issues.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies effectively.
