Responsibilities

- Translate complex future scenarios into executive-ready strategic recommendations and risk mitigation frameworks
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops with C-suite stakeholders to co-create future-ready business models
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content for global innovation forums
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics tools
- Represent the firm at premier futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrices)
