Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI models and neural network infrastructure.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum computing principles into classical machine learning workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and researchers to define roadmap deliverables.
- Optimize existing algorithms for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation (CI/CD).
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, statistics, and machine learning theory.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex technical transitions.
