- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future tech integration

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech initiatives to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
