Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Design innovation roadmaps for product development and service transformation
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technology strategy into corporate vision
- Build and manage a specialized future technology incubation team
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of advanced technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
- Deep understanding of technological disruption and market adoption cycles
- Certification in Strategic Technology Planning or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
