Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap for the 2026 product cycle, aligning technical capabilities with long-term strategic vision.
- Lead cross-functional squads in integrating advanced machine learning models with real-time quantum processing.
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., synthetic biology interfaces, advanced neural networks) and assess their viability for commercial deployment.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of radical innovation and continuous learning.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and global investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or a related high-tech field, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects ahead of schedule.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and Neural Architecture Search.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on predicting market trends and technological disruptions.
