- Pioneer Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks and bias mitigation strategies to ensure responsible deployment of AI models.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the transition from classical computing to hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into product roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Track record of solving complex, multi-variable problems in high-pressure environments.
