- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune base models using curated prompt datasets.
- Document and standardize prompt libraries to ensure consistency across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and Transformer architectures.
- 3+ years of experience working directly with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Llama, etc.) and prompt optimization.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a keen eye for tone and style.
- Experience with Python for automation and script-based prompt testing.
