Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and communicate the long-term AI strategy for Synthetix Corp, focusing on breakthrough technologies for the 2026 timeline.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI paradigms, including generative models, neural-symbolic AI, and edge computing.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership and product teams to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Risk Management: Identify potential ethical and technical risks associated with advanced AI deployment and implement mitigation strategies.
- Partnerships: Explore and forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to stay at the forefront of AI evolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic advisory capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision; experience with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is required.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable product strategies.
