Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports analyzing technological, societal, and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend-sensing framework using AI-driven analytics and human intelligence networks
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership in industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions aligned with emerging market demands
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices for strategic foresight methodologies
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their business implications
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects that drove measurable business impact
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
