As the world accelerates towards a post-scarcity economy driven by generative intelligence, we need a Lead Architect to bridge the gap between neural networks and spatial computing. You will define the protocols for autonomous agents, predictive decision-making, and immersive workspaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation AI architectures capable of autonomous task execution and real-time adaptation.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with Extended Reality (XR) interfaces to create seamless, immersive work environments.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to decentralized, quantum-ready cloud infrastructures.
- Develop proprietary algorithms for predictive economic modeling and supply chain automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and UX designers to prototype concepts for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models at an enterprise level.
- Experience with Spatial Computing (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest) and AR/VR development environments.
- Familiarity with Quantum Computing principles and edge computing architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring senior engineering teams.
