Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for complex problem domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy ML models at scale (>100M user interactions)
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI conferences
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment
- Optimize computational efficiency of deep learning models
- Mentor junior researchers and conduct technical interviews
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of industry research experience with production AI systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing
- Published work at NeurIPS, ICML, or CVPR conferences
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or generative models
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Experience leading open-source AI projects
