Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world deployment on current and next-gen hardware
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software-hardware integration gaps
- Establish quantum computing governance frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Pioneer research in quantum machine learning applications
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our proprietary training programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum-resistant systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly programming
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with quantum annealing and D-Wave systems
- Certification in Quantum Computing Security (QCS) from recognized institutions
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance systems
