Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Chronos Innovations' 2026 strategic initiatives.
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation AI and Quantum Computing platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into scalable products.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical vision of the 2026 product suite.
- Identify emerging trends in temporal data and predictive analytics to drive innovation.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and ethical deployment of advanced AI models.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical leadership.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact, complex technical projects to completion.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy, and future tech trends.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Fluency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
