Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and modern cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and security analysts to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring strict adherence to security compliance standards (FedRAMP, FISMA).
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
