Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsive user interfaces across all devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture planning and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Identify and resolve technical debt and bottlenecks within existing codebases to improve system stability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Strong backend skills in Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
