Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers and junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Optimization: Collaborate with the DevOps team to optimize application performance, reduce latency, and improve user experience.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project delivery efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
