Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend services and APIs using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and optimize databases, queries, and infrastructure to ensure high availability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java is required.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment.
