Join CloudScale Technologies as a Senior DevOps Engineer on a 6-month contract assignment in Seattle. You'll architect scalable cloud infrastructure, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and drive automation excellence for enterprise clients. Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Automate deployment and monitoring with Prometheus/Grafana stack
- Implement robust security protocols (IAM, VPC, Security Groups)
- Lead container orchestration on EKS and ECS
- Collaborate with SRE teams for incident response and post-mortems
- Document infrastructure and create runbooks for operational teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud infrastructure and DevOps experience
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Proficiency with Kubernetes (EKS/ECS) and Helm
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Certified AWS/Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of GitOps workflows and infrastructure monitoring
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
