What You Will Do:
As an Entry-Level IT Specialist, you will work closely with our senior team to provide essential technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential technical issues.
- Manage and update the internal knowledge base with technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex help desk tickets efficiently.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and cable management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and peripherals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support training costs).
