Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key business metrics and develop comprehensive data models.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data trends.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to uncover insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, stored procedures, indexing).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
