Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and immersive environments
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future concepts into viable product prototypes
- Represent company vision at global tech summits and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists on advanced analytical methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, neurotech, climate tech, or Web3.0 ecosystems
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology adoption curves
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies journals
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Cross-Impact Matrix)
