Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a strategic vision for our technological evolution over the next two years.
- Lead AI Integration: Oversee the deployment of next-generation neural networks and autonomous agents.
- Quantum Readiness: Design architectures that are scalable and ready for quantum computing integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, product, and research teams to translate roadmap goals into actionable development cycles.
- Patent & IP Development: Lead initiatives to secure intellectual property for cutting-edge algorithms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Future Tech.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt the tech stack accordingly.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments.
