- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring our products are future-proofed for 2026 and beyond.
- System Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure capable of handling massive datasets and high-throughput inference.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior architects and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused specifically on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and prompt engineering strategies.
