Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models capable of leveraging hybrid classical and quantum computing environments.
- Define the technical roadmap for quantum integration, ensuring readiness for 2026 enterprise standards.
- Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers in advanced machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex quantum algorithms into production-ready software.
- Establish ethical guidelines and security protocols for autonomous AI systems.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concept demonstrations for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qubits, Quantum Gates, Superposition) and experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for future-forward technology.
