Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 SEO Roadmap, aligning technical infrastructure with evolving search algorithms and AI-driven discovery.
- Lead a cross-functional team of content creators, developers, and analysts to implement technical SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals and structured data.
- Conduct deep-dive technical audits to identify crawlability, indexability, and performance bottlenecks across our global infrastructure.
- Develop and manage high-level content strategies that enhance topical authority and engage high-intent user segments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor movements to pivot strategies proactively and maintain a competitive edge.
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior management capacity.
- Strong proficiency in technical SEO, including site architecture, canonicalization, and schema markup.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings for large-scale enterprise websites.
- Experience managing budgets and overseeing external agencies or freelancers.
