Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolios and R&D initiatives focused on future-proofing capabilities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory changes impacting future adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive communications
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
