Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D animations, including character rigs, UI motion, and promotional assets, using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with the product design team to ensure animations enhance usability and align with brand guidelines.
- Optimize animation files for web and mobile performance without compromising visual fidelity.
- Maintain a consistent artistic style across all deliverables and contribute to the evolution of our design system.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and animatees to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or visual design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of motion principles, timing, spacing, and easing.
- A portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from character animation to UI motion design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
