Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Optimize existing AI pipelines for performance, scalability, and accuracy using Python and C++.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Conduct experiments with novel architectures and deep learning techniques.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap for AI innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready models to end-users.
