Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, aligning technology capabilities with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures that support high-volume data processing and AI workloads.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics models into core business workflows.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select emerging technology partners and vendors that align with our 2026 vision.
- Crisis Management: Oversee the technical strategy during system migrations and major product launches.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to industry standards and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP; strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; experience with Kubernetes and microservices.
- Future Tech: Proven experience in designing systems for AI/ML deployment and edge computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and drive technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
