Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for the 2026 Roadmap, focusing on generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product lines.

- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced architectural patterns.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI product management.
- Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps for major product releases (e.g., 2026 vision).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
