Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference for edge computing and high-performance server environments.
- Lead the architecture of MLOps pipelines to ensure robust model lifecycle management.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven experience deploying models to production using Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
