Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Optimize models for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Maintain and improve our MLOps pipelines, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our products.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
