Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical debt reduction with innovation goals.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global technology trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient system architectures that support long-term growth and integration of emerging tech stacks.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate complex technical visions into actionable business plans.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the planning and allocation of engineering resources to maximize project delivery velocity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or roadmap planning role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and pivot technical strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
