Responsibilities
- Architect scalable frameworks for quantum-secure communication networks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams developing AI governance protocols
- Design carbon-negative energy systems for global tech infrastructure
- Pioneer neural interface standards for human-computer symbiosis
- Research and implement next-gen encryption methods resistant to quantum decryption
- Collaborate with UN Technology Ethics Board on global digital policy
- Develop predictive models for emerging tech societal impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent field
- 5+ years experience in cutting-edge tech architecture (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and decentralized governance
- Security clearance for national tech infrastructure projects
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 2 paradigm-shifting tech implementations
