Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Produce annual trend reports and innovation roadmaps with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to align strategic initiatives with emerging opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused organizational culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (preferred)
- Experience in tech, healthcare, or sustainability sectors (highly valued)
