Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI-driven product features.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed and scalability, ensuring high performance in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends and implement cutting-edge techniques.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and model interpretability.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control systems (Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
