Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify disruptive technologies with $1B+ market potential
- Design and execute 'Future Labs'—high-impact workshops with Fortune 500 executives to co-create 2026-ready solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government innovation labs
- Present executive briefings to C-suite and boards on emerging risks and opportunities in 2026's tech landscape
- Oversee patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Lead publication of industry-defining white papers on future technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, corporate foresight, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic modeling skills with demonstrated ROI
- Experience engaging C-suite executives and boards on long-term technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
