Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and disruptive technologies

- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups, research institutions, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons, incubation programs, and R&D initiatives
- Monitor emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, nanotech) and assess commercial viability
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futures planning
- Proven track record of launching transformative products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Executive presence with experience advising C-suite teams on technological disruption
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with focus on innovation
- Published thought leadership in future trends (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
