Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy production-ready machine learning models using Python and PyTorch.
- Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure high-quality training data and model inference speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Conduct research to explore new architectures and algorithms in Generative AI.
- Contribute to technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision principles.
- Proven track record of shipping models from research to production environments.
