Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for next-generation AI and automation initiatives.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic vision into concrete technical solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment and scaling.
- Conduct deep research into emerging technologies, including LLMs and quantum-ready architectures.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and system architecture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
