Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures for production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating new methodologies (e.g., Transformers, GANs, Reinforcement Learning).
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Specialization: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV) is highly desirable.
- Infrastructure: Proven experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to debug complex, distributed systems.
