Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and distributed systems for our 2026 roadmap.
- Research Leadership: Lead a team of machine learning engineers in exploring novel algorithms and deep learning architectures.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements for large-scale data processing and real-time inference engines.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review: Maintain the highest standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the engineering department.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Specialization: Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
