Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the long-term strategic planning process to outline technological milestones and product evolution for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Advanced Robotics, Quantum Algorithms) to identify high-value opportunities for Nexus Horizon Labs.
- Strategic Architecture: Design and communicate the architectural vision for future products, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical alignment.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex future concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and engineering teams.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and external partners to pilot innovative solutions in controlled environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Visionary Mindset: Deep understanding of current tech trends and the ability to predict how they will evolve by 2026.
- Technical Fluency: Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML fundamentals.
- Strategic Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from engineers to board members.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in uncertain environments.
