Responsibilities

- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from federal and private entities
- Mentor junior researchers and establish quantum computing curriculum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and cloud quantum services
- Strong track record of securing research funding and managing complex projects
