Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-neural hybrid computing architectures for advanced AI training
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum-AI systems operating in real-time environments
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-optimized machine learning models
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms for neural network acceleration
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to validate quantum-enhanced cognitive processing systems
- Document integration methodologies and publish breakthrough research findings

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Advanced AI Systems
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or neural network architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and Python
- Published research in quantum machine learning or cognitive computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of neural network optimization techniques
- Certification in Quantum Security Protocols (QSP-2025 or equivalent)
