Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable LLM Pipelines: Design and implement robust infrastructure for Large Language Models and autonomous agents that can handle billions of transactions.
- Synthetic Data Strategy: Lead the development of synthetic data generation frameworks to train next-gen models without privacy leakage.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research in multimodal learning and reinforcement learning to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters and ensure low-latency inference across global edge nodes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
