Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that are scalable, resilient, and performant under high load.
- Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain) to drive innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system health and optimize performance metrics to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in modern web frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
