Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with zero-latency inference.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead research into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and neural-symbolic integration to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for algorithmic fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex technical requirements into robust, production-ready software solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, reducing computational overhead while increasing accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying LLMs or similar advanced NLP models in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and derive insights from unstructured data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
